EDGE@BRDG opened in June 2020. The 160,000-square-foot state-of-the-art building serves as the headquarters of Benson Hill. The food tech company is unlocking the natural genetic diversity of plants and is an incredible example of the St. Louis innovation ecosystem at work. In 2024, 39 North established its HQ and Collaboration Hub in EDGA@BRDG.

Access to Core Facilities at the Danforth Center
When the Danforth Plant Science Center opened its world-class facilities – with top-tier scientists, research greenhouses, cutting-edge bioimaging and other technologies – it was a flag in the ground calling bioscience innovators to St. Louis.
