NewLeaf Symbiotics moves into EDGE@BRDG, poised for growth and profitability

NewLeaf Symbiotics moved into larger office space at EDGE@BRDG in 39 North, doubling lab capacity. The company creates pink bacteria-based products to increase crop yield and repel pests and fungus, selling white-label products for other firms to market. As of January, NewLeaf has received more than $122 million in funding since it was founded in 2012. The company was close to hitting profitability last year and expects to hit that landmark in this fiscal year.
